Every parent wants to raise children who are responsible, accountable, and morally & ethically strong. Most parents adopt less than useful methods to try to instill the same in children. As a result children learn to fear instead of trust, blame instead of take responsibility, hide instead of face consequences.
Intelligent parenting gives parents a different perspective to parenting that is built on the principles of self-growth with consistent guidance, probing, and making space for self-reflection.
Why It Is An Ideal Parenting Program?
Most training focus on how to react when children’s behavior is not ideal. Our training focuses on the parent themselves. This training focuses on who the parents need to be to raise accountable, self-led and emotionally intelligent children.
Parent is a leadership matter, not crisis management. Parents need to become proactive, rather than reactive to their children’s behaviors and problems.
This training will equip parents with the tools and skills which parents can use to stay calm under pressure, respond instead of reacting to less than ideal behavior, build responsibility in children instead of fear.
The idea is to train the parent to be a coach instead of a controller in the house. A coach enables long-lasting and sustainable behavior. A parent needs to be that coach in the house to create a safe and structured home.
Parents will learn to build leadership skills instead of dependence, accountability instead of fear, responsibility instead of avoidance; all without losing their authority. These skills will strengthen their connection with their children, and help them raise children who are ready to step into adulthood at appropriate times.
And the best part, these strategies work with children of all ages because this training is not child focused only, it focuses on building skills in the parents themselves.
